Bab is a highly energetic IT executive with nearly 20 years of experience consulting for fortune 100 & 500 companies including US Bank, Nike, WebMD, Aetna and EDS.

As ETG’s Chief Operating Officer, Bab works with the company President to shape the company’s strategic direction and long-term vision to achieve revenue growth and cost savings while maintaining high levels of service delivery quality. He is responsible for day-to-day business operations and helps implement best practices, governance, controls and metrics.
